Responsibilities:
As a Quality Technician, your mission will be to ensure the highest quality standards throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001 certification
  • Generate and circulate Non-Conformance Reports
  • Manage testing and reporting in line with retailer requirements
  • Maintain technical databases and documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on quality assurance initiatives
  • Uphold safety standards and promote a clean working environment

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above in English, Maths, and a related subject
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a textiles or factory environment
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Methodical and meticulous approach to work

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience with ISO 9001 auditing
  • Familiarity with D365 Technical Specification database
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to produce high-quality written material
