We are working alongside a well established Social Housing Contractor who specialise in retrofit and energy efficiency projects to tenanted Social Housing properties.

As a result of growth and being awarded new contracts, they have a new position available within the company for a Quality Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This will be based from their companies Lancashire offices and may require some travel across the North West to the company's active sites which are located in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire regions and potentially further afield where necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to make their own mark on the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing clear quality processes which are adhered to on each site.
  • Ensuring Site Managers are following the correct processes, including ensuring photographic documentation is recorded by site teams and uploaded to in house software.
  • Communicate and liaise effectively with site teams to ensure processes are followed and their is understanding of what is required throughout the business.
  • Assisting with ISO9001 (already achieved by the business) audits and implementation throughout the business.
