Empowering Learning are currently seeking a dedicated Girls PE Teacher for a long-term position at a well-regarded secondary school in Wigan. This role is set to start after the February half-term and will run until Easter, with the potential to continue for the right candidate.
The Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic Girls PE Teacher who can deliver engaging and high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and inclusive PE lessons.
- Inspire students to develop their physical skills and teamwork.
- Contribute to the wider school sports programme, including extracurricular activities.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in lessons.

Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching PE at the secondary level.
- A passion for promoting health, fitness, and teamwork.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
- Competitive daily rate (dependant on experience).
- Opportunity to work in a supportive and well-resourced school.
- Potential for the role to continue beyond Easter.
