HLTA - Wigan:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a HLTA to cover lessons while the teacher is on PPA. This is at an excellent school in Wigan. You will need excellent knowledge of the curriculum in both core and foundation subjects.

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Up to date safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential
  • Previous experience teaching primary aged pupils is essential
  • Effective behaviour management techniques

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
