An independent Surveying Practice in Wigan is seeking a full-time Residential Surveyor to join their team.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and the ability to conduct valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
The successful candidate can expect on-target earnings between £50,000 and £70,000, along with additional benefits such as 25+ days of annual leave and private healthcare.

Candidates must be VRS Registered, possess a UK driving license, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to join a practice that offers its staff fantastic support and benefits? We are currently recruiting for our clients, an independent and successful Surveying Practice, who are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in the Wigan area on a full-time basis.

They are ideally looking for someone who is able to carry out valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time
Flexible and home-based working

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

On Target earnings of £50,000 - £70,000

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Residential Surveyor
VRS Registered
Highly driven and organised
Experience in using iPad and Apps
UK driving license
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
