  • Oversee a team of advisers, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Check over documentation submitted by the team to external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required standards.
  • Proactively chase external partners for acceptance terms, ensuring timely responses and updates.
  • Follow up with external partners for necessary reports, maintaining a timely flow of information.
  • Request and gather required information from clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
Requirements of the ideal Administrator candidate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
