Voids Supervisor - Leicester

Build Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Voids Supervisor to join our team in Leicester. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £41,000 per annum, including a van and fuel card. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and schedule social housing reactive repairs
  • Meet performance targets consistently by overseeing responsive repairs
  • Effectively manage material costs and ensure process adherence
  • Monitor work quality through inspections and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team for optimal service provision

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a UK driving licence, excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Prior experience in responsive maintenance with a minimum SSSTS qualification, CSCS Gold Supervisor card, and an understanding of NHF schedule of rates is required.
