Insurance Case Manager

Leicester (ref AL1307) - hybrid after qualifying period

Salary basic up to £24k OTE up to £26k + benefits

My client is one of the largest New Build specialists in the UK and they have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Case Manager to work within their Protection team based in Leicester.

As an Insurance Case Manager you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn new things. You will serve both the managerial team and other colleagues by efficiently processing tasks/documents, to help them complete their task quickly and effectively. Previous Insurance experience is preferred

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Chasing Insurance Providers & Solicitors to get updates for clients
  • Emailing & calling clients to update them on the status of their application
  • Using online system to log all notes & complete tasks on cases
  • General office admin, post, answering phones

Skills Required

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Good at juggling tasks and prioritising

Your working hours will be Monday - Friday between 09:00-17:30. Once probation has been passed there is an option to work alternative weeks 08:00 - 16:30 & 09:00 to 17:30 and the potentially of up to 2 days per week at home

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive basic salary of up to £24k depending on experience + bonus with OTE £26,000.
