Office Sales Administrator

Full Time – Temporary to Permanent

Location: Wigston, Leicestershire 

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Basic Salary: £27,000.00 to £27,500.00 Per Annum

Our client has been established for over 50 years and due to further growth plans, they are seeking a highly dynamic Sales Administrator on a Full Time Temporary to Permanent basis and be a great addition to their office Sales Team.

As a Sales Administrator role:

  • You will deal with incoming customer enquiries via email and telephone and log details on internal system as a Sales Administrator
  • You will establish customer requests and requirements
  • Providing pricing information according to customer requirements as a Sales Administrator
  • Complete requisitions for purchase goods via electronic template
  • Update and process all orders via internal database as a Sales Administrator
  • Maintain stock levels as a Sales Administrator
  • Carry out other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as a Sales Administrator
  • Liaise with Internal departments and maintain relationships with a wider team.

Sales Administrator Candidate:

  • Highly IT Literate with exceptional communication skills
  • Great attention to detail with ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate at all levels including customers and suppliers internationally.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
