Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Global Manufacturing business to provide Commercial Excellence lead and Administration Officer

This pivotal role will support and work closely with the VP and wider leadership team to ensure smooth and efficient running of the business. The role will also align with the central Commercial Excellence and certification teams, Customer Services, Field Sales, Marketing and Finance.

This role is perfect for someone with previous experience of project work / administration at a senior level.

Salary 28,000 to 35,000

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Daily duties will include;

  • Office based role, primarily located at the west midlands site with the opportunity to travel to other UK sites to support meetings, visits etc
  • Diary and Email management
  • Handling confidential information
  • Facilitating travel arrangements
  • Overseeing and processing expenses
  • General administration duties to assist with business needs including booking meeting rooms, lunches, team events
  • Coordination, formatting and reviewing of management
  • Coordination of various monthly reporting duties
  • Handle requests and queries or direct the matter or person
  • Assist the Executive Assistant UKI when required
  • Take a central role in helping to organise and improve the overall Office working environment.
  • Work alongside the central Ce team to ensure best practice
  • Collate and organise all product certification data from each Business Unit
  • Collect data from each Business Unit
  • Create a central master spreadsheet/database,
  • Develop and maintain the central master spreadsheet/database.
