Job Advertisement: Part-Time Administration Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team . In this part-time role, you will assist with a variety of daily administrative tasks, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Location: Willenhall
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and directing them appropriately
- Requesting order numbers from customers
- Requesting pricing and cost information from suppliers
- General administrative duties to support the team
- Assisting with invoicing (training will be provided)
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage interactions at all levels and deliver excellent service
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Flexible, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to tasks
