Job Purpose
  • Supporting a varied client portfolio, working closely with Seniors to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
  • Preparation of Limited company, partnership, sole trader and LLP accounts
  • Preparation of business tax computations
  • Preparation of tax returns
  • Liaising with HMRC on clients’ behalf, proactively handling queries
  • Building enhanced relationships with clients, acting as their go-to advisor
  • Championing your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities

Job Requirements
  • ACCA / ACA / AAT qualified, part-qualified or studying
  • Recent experience working in UK practice
  • Good working knowledge of software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
  • An enthusiastic team player who can also work autonomously
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude to problem-solving
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Eager to progress in the firm by undertaking further learning opportunities
