NMS Recruit is partnering with a highly respected Accountancy firm based in Wilmslow to secure a Senior Accountant. This is a full-time opportunity for a strategic financial leader.People have previously described this business as career-defining. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Preparing and filing tax returns (VAT, Corporation Tax, etc.)
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing financial reports and analysis
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
