NJR Recruitment are currently working 'exclusively’ with a groundbreaking Investment Manager who now has a newly created and exciting opportunity for an Administrator to form part of the very successful Account Management Team. Joining Head Office as an Account Management Support Executive based in Wilmslow, this role will suit someone who is keen to provide a first class support function to a fast paced and busy team.

Duties will consist of;

  • Supporting a team of Account Manager & Business Development Directors
  • Maintain accurate computer records
  • Assist with the onboarding of new firms and the IFA system / Platform access
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations & Compliance teams
  • Assist with daily incoming queries
  • Manage and maintain own diary, and keeping records to ensue appropriate audit trails

Candidates should have excellent verbal & written communication skills. You will have a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, with a high level of attention to detail.
