What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging potential clients and introducing them to our cutting-edge IT solutions. This is a dynamic role where you’ll:

  • Generate and qualify leads by making outbound calls to decision-makers in various industries, sparking meaningful conversations about:
    • IT Managed Services
    • Cloud Solutions
    • ERP with SAP Business One
    • Cybersecurity
    • IBMi Power
    • Microsoft 365
  • Build and manage lasting relationships with existing customers, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Nurture leads by sending follow-up emails and relevant resources, staying connected until a sales meeting is confirmed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hit your weekly target of 4 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Earn commission by securing meetings from leads generated by third-party call centers.
About You

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, enthusiastic about sales, and confident in their ability to make an impact. If you have:

  • At least 2 years of B2B telemarketing experience (or similar sales experience).
  • A strong telephone presence with the ability to engage and excite directors and business leaders.
  • Resilience, optimism, and the drive to overcome challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proficiency with CRM tools, and a working knowledge of MS Office.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales, we want to hear from you!
