My client is seeking a dynamic Internal Business Development Manager with a minimum of one years’ experience of working in fast paced B2B sales role, ideally within the Recruitment or IT/SaaS industry.

As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will have a naturally positive attitude, with excellent communication and people skills with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers, with the capacity to prioritise a busy workload while spinning lots of plates.

You will proactively manage a pipeline of recruiter prospects who are fully qualified, as well as self-generating leads and through various channels and be responsible for the 360 sales cycle from lead generation through to new customers.

You will be highly proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and demonstrate your ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will have strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively drive contracts to closure as well as being goal-oriented and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Duties

  • You will conduct thorough market research to identify and prospect potential customers
  • Through various prospecting techniques, from cold calling, email outreach, networking, and leveraging online platforms, to engage with potential customers and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Effectively communicate the value of the proposition, highlighting the benefits and advantages of using and online platform
  • Abilit to qualify leads by conducting needs assessments, understanding their requirements, and determining their suitability as potential customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and functionalities of using an online platform to highlight its value to prospective customers
  • Present and develop tailored made proposals and pricing solutions based on customer needs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve sales targets
  • Consult closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to onboarding and implementation
  • You will monitor continuously market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the senior directors
