The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join our Credit Control team managing one of the Citation Group Company ledgers.
Key duties will include:* Proactively managing & collecting debts from company debtors via telephone & email* Ensuring timely payment of invoices* Resolving customer queries with assistance from other departments* Reconciling customer accounts* Cash allocation* Preparing & issuing customer statements detailing outstanding amount* Weekly reporting/updates
The Person* Knowledge and experience of credit control processes, procedures and reporting* Transactional finance knowledge and understanding* Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook* Professional attitude and persona* Positive outlook* Strong work ethic* Able to prioritise workload* Ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels* Generate and maintain solid working relationships with customers and colleagues
