Your new roleAsa client manager, you will be responsible for the preparation and filing ofyear-end accounts and tax for a varied and exciting portfolio of clients. Yourday-to-day duties will also include managing a portfolio of your own clients,carrying out all bookkeeping, VAT and management account duties to a highstandard. Additionally, you will provide advisory services and valuableinsights to clients helping to review processes and improve client efficiency.Alongside your accounts work, you will take a lead with the training of morejunior and senior accountants within the firm, reviewing accounts prior tomanager review. There is the additional opportunity to gain experience in otherareas of the business such as some exposure to tax and corporate finance roles.

What you'll need to succeedThisorganisation is seeking a professional client manager with plenty of experienceworking in an accounts team within practice. Experience in the preparation ofstatutory, management, VAT, and tax accounts for a mixed portfolio of clientsand exposure to managing juniors will help you to succeed in this role.Ideally, you will be ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years of practice experience.The organisation is looking for an individual with excellent teamwork andcommunication skills, helping to build a strong client rapport and maintainsuccessful client relationships by providing impactful advice. The idealcandidate will be willing to learn and expand upon their own skillset as anaudit professional.
