We have an exciting opportunity for a Loan Administrator to join a growing finance company based in Wilmslow. You will play a crucial role in supporting the business development and underwriting team. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring all necessary checks are completed to support loan progression.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications to ensure all relevant paperwork is submitted.
- Organize client information to support smooth processing of loan applications.
- Check loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
- Conduct detailed affordability assessments.
- Request credit checks on applicants.
- Issue paperwork such as loan agreements and terms and conditions.
- Handle enquiries from applicants and lenders.
- Draft case rationales for investors and senior management to support loan applications.
- Complete AML checks and review credit reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity on each account.
- Work to deadlines for submission of paperwork.
