We have an exciting opportunity for a Loan Administrator to join a growing finance company based in Wilmslow. You will play a crucial role in supporting the business development and underwriting team. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring all necessary checks are completed to support loan progression.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review loan applications to ensure all relevant paperwork is submitted.
  • Organize client information to support smooth processing of loan applications.
  • Check loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
  • Conduct detailed affordability assessments.
  • Request credit checks on applicants.
  • Issue paperwork such as loan agreements and terms and conditions.
  • Handle enquiries from applicants and lenders.
  • Draft case rationales for investors and senior management to support loan applications.
  • Complete AML checks and review credit reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity on each account.
  • Work to deadlines for submission of paperwork.
