Are you an experienced property professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to oversee a diverse residential portfolio, including 31 apartments across two developments and 24 townhouses in a purpose-built rental community.

The Role:

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio, ensuring seamless maintenance, tenancy oversight, and operational efficiency. This role will ideally suit someone who is looking for three days a week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Block Management: Overseeing the smooth operation of apartment buildings and townhouses.
  • Tenancy & Maintenance Oversight: Managing tenant relationships, maintenance schedules, and necessary compliance requirements.
  • Subcontractor Management: Supervising handymen, cleaners, and other service providers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring up-to-date Gas Safety Certificates, fire safety checks, and other legal obligations.
  • Emergency Contact: Acting as the out-of-hours point of contact for urgent tenant issues.
  • Site Visits: Regular inspections to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in block management is essential; TPI qualifications are a strong advantage.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - capable of maintaining professional tenant relations and handling difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Comfortable with both office-based and hands-on property management responsibilities.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not essential.
