My client are a regional contractor delivering high quality projects across the North West. Their experience spans across a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Retail, with projects valued up to 20m.
They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team. Coins experience is required.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Issuing of sub-contractor tender enquiries
- Evaluation of sub-contractor quotations
- Site measurement of building works undertaken
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly CVR reports
- Preparing and submission of monthly Profit and Loss reports
- Agreement of Client variations
- Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
- Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
- Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others.
- Ensures enquiries are issued and quotations received from subcontractors and suppliers.
