ConveyancerWilmslow£35,000-£45,000

We are looking for a conveyancer to join a highly respected and well-established law firm in the North East.

Responsibilities:

  • Build client and internal communication skills as well as building new client relationships whilst maintaining existing ones.

  • Keep up to date with developments in the law and ensure training requirements are fulfilled

  • Help the team to meet financial targets.

  • Work efficiently alongside other members of the team.

  • Have their own good quality residential property workload

  • Be able to work on all aspects of residential conveyancing and be committed to delivering an outstanding service level to our high net worth private clients.

  • Have direct contact with the firm’s clients

Requirements:

  • Customer focused with good communication skills.

  • Technical skills to cover a freehold house sale all the way through to transfer of parts for developments, shared ownership leases, rural properties with septic tanks, solar panels and everything in between

  • Experience in dealing with property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties

  • Excellent oral and communication skills

  • Excellent housekeeping skills i.e. WIP control and disbursements
