Transport Co-ordinator, Wimborne, Dorset

We're looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our client's team in Wimborne, Dorset.

As a key member of their Transport Management team, you'll play a vital role in supporting local businesses and private customers with their waste collection and disposal needs.

Role Details:

Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (half-hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary:£35k (after probation)
Benefits:Pension scheme, staff discounts, company mobile phone
Holiday:31 days (incl. public holidays, with 3 retained for Christmas shutdown)

What Theyre Looking For:

  • Strong customer service skills and a good telephone manner.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while handling customer orders efficiently.
  • Knowledge of transport logistics, waste/construction industries, and compliance (advantageous but not essential).
  • IT skills, including Outlook and Excel, with the ability to learn bespoke systems.
