Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced individual who is qualified/part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA to assist with the provision of year end and interim accounts and service charge reporting requirements for residential and mixed use Build To Rent and Block Management investment portfolios for a variety of Savills clients. Â
Key Responsibilities
• Formal Accounts Production for year end and periodic reporting
• Financial Reporting - assisting Surveyors with the preparation and review of budgets
• Liaising with Savills’ Property Managers / staff and clients to meet varying requirements.
• Preparing Year End Reconciliations
• Interpretation and reconciliation of new client data at the point of handover
• In addition to the tasks described above, you may be expected to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time
Key Skills
• Attention to detail and highly numerate
• Logical approach to problem solving and ability to view bigger picture implications
• An ability to manage multiple client workload to meet various deadlines
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workloadÂ
• Service Charge Accounting awareness is a benefit
• IT proficient, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks. Access database also in daily use.
• Enthusiasm to provide the highest quality service to clients at all times
• Willingness to work as part of a team and ability to offer guidance / training to more junior members of staff
• Experience in Practice useful.
