- Act as the primary client contact, delivering expert tax advice and ensuring seamless service.
- Manage a mixed portfolio, handling compliance, tax planning, and advisory services.
- Conduct annual client reviews, assessing fees, tax planning needs, and service requirements.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities, working collaboratively across departments.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Support business development by promoting services to new and existing clients.
- Fully qualified ATT or CTA with experience in private client tax.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and tax software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workload management.
