Talent Guardian is hiring on behalf of a leading accountancy firm seeking a Tax Senior to join their growing team in Ferndown. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse client portfolio, including business owners, property investors, high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth families, trusts, and estates. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary client contact, delivering expert tax advice and ensuring seamless service.
  • Manage a mixed portfolio, handling compliance, tax planning, and advisory services.
  • Conduct annual client reviews, assessing fees, tax planning needs, and service requirements.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities, working collaboratively across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Support business development by promoting services to new and existing clients.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Fully qualified ATT or CTA with experience in private client tax.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and tax software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workload management.
