Our client, a leading construction company are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.
THE ROLE OF MARKETING EXECUTIVE:
- Work with the team to develop and implement the marketing plan
- Execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, social media and content marketing
- Running the social media and content calendar posting in line with the agreed schedule, writing copy and curating content to engage and inspire our audiences
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral and campaign assets that help support lead generation and sales efforts.
- Coordinate PR & events
- Help maintain the HubSpot CRM
- Weekly marketing KPI data collection
- Ongoing competitor monitoring
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE:
- Enthusiastic and creative with a positive, can-do mindset
- Proactive, able to work at pace both independently and as part of a team
- Strong team player, with excellent communication skills and a flair for copywriting
- Proficient or a quick learner, able to use marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Social media management, PPC advertising etc.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a marketing role
- Interest in understanding customer needs and translating that into copy that resonates with different market audiences
