Customer Service Associate - Wimborne - Up to £25,000Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?Our client, a well-established company in Wimborne, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their busy and friendly team.Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and face-to-face.
- Process departmental transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent support to customers using online services.
- Identify potential lead opportunities and support retention efforts.
- Manage your daily workload, ensuring tasks are completed within set service levels.
- Assist with system testing and ensure compliance with FCA and PRA regulations.
- Escalate complaints and issues when necessary.
- Produce reports and management information as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong PC skills, including Word and Excel.
- Experience in mortgages or savings is an advantage.
- Background in Financial Services is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and provide high levels of customer service.
