They are now seeking an experienced Senior Administrator who has a minimum of 3 years office administration experience, together with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities of the Senior Administrator:

  • Checking and monitoring emails daily.
  • Accurately inputting order details onto all systems and keeping detailed order files.
  • Following orders through to installation.
  • Managing basic customer change requests.
  • Liaising with customers and providers daily and keeping them updated on progress.
  • Liaising with other departments for smooth transfer of services.
  • Managing monthly billing and raising invoices.
  • Setting up and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Ensuring all customer records and systems are updated.
  • Dealing with any enquiries.

Requirements of the Senior Administrator:
