Location: Wimborne

Shift:Monday - Thursday 07:15 - 16:15 / Friday 07:15 - 12:15Pay Rate / Salary: £38k - £40k

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect, compile, and sort client specific data
  • Analyse and gain insight on delivered products, potential quality issues, customer satisfaction
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback based on KPI follow-up & analysis
  • Deliver customer support in terms of analysis, short term containment actions in case of quality issues
  • Ensure customer assistance and higher customer satisfaction
  • Provide specifically all facts and data about claims to the plant, and guarantee a good relationship with the customer
  • Monitor and follow-up QSHE procedures and guidelines in area of responsibility
  • Create and enforce desired QSHE attitude

The Candidate:

  • Ability to read engineering drawings, Bill of materials, quality documents/plans,
  • excellent written communication abilities, strong problem-solving capabilities, and solid attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand product drawings, specifications, and visual work instructions.
  • Follow Company Quality Management System and Safety procedures.
  • Experience / knowledge of Heat Treatment
  • Experience of AS9100D
