Now, we’re looking for a motivated Trade Counter Customer Service Executive / Supervisor to support our teams in Ferndown, New Milton, and Lymington.

The Role:

As a Trade Counter Customer Service Executive / Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in our retail operations. From maintaining high retail standards to leading by example, you’ll ensure a welcoming environment and outstanding service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Key Holder: Open and close the store, ensuring it’s secure and ready for customers.
  • Retail Standards: Maintain a clean, organized store with products well presented to maximize appeal.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional service, with a focus on trade professionals.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Sales Support: Drive the team to achieve sales targets and provide product knowledge to customers.
  • Stock Management: Ensure shelves are stocked and inventory is maintained.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a positive, productive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Background in sales or customer service ideally within the Trade Partnership industry - but not essential.
  • License: Must be a car driver with a valid driver’s license.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, and willingness to travel to nearby stores when needed.
  • Skills: Strong team player with excellent communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards.
  • 10-hour shifts available on a Full-time basis
  • Part Time hours also available.
