Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed in their education? Timeplan, a well-established education agency working with schools across Hampshire and Dorset, is currently recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming school in Bournemouth.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong interest in working with young people in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to lead classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach to different subjects and age groups
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students across various subjects in the absence of the class teacher
- Ensure students are following lesson plans and completing tasks
- Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning atmosphere
- Assist students with their learning and provide guidance as needed
- Report any concerns to the appropriate staff members
