Accounts Manager - Part or full time Winchester based Hybrid & flexible £40,000 - £55,000A unique opportunity is now available for an experienced, ACA / ACCA qualified Accounts Manager to join a forward thinking and well-established accountancy practice. Hours can be from 24 per week up to full time, and will be negotiable across various days (Monday - Friday). This is modern practice will offer a varied role as well as a flexible and friendly working environment. Managing a portfolio of diverse clients you will work on the preparation of year end and management accounts, as well as the associated tax work and ad-hoc financial queries. Benefits:

Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of varied limited company, sole trader, and partnership accounts, dealing with all financial queries and accounts preparation.
- Responsible for year end and management accounts preparation, VAT returns, and corporation tax.
- Conduct account review meeting with clients.
- Answer financial queries relating to year end accounts and tax planning.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Requirements:
- ACCA / ACA qualified with recent experience working for a similar UK based accountancy practice.
- Proven experience in a client management role within a chartered accountancy practice is essential.
- Experience manager a diverse portfolio of accounting clients - Preparing year end accounts
- Experience dealing directly with clients to answer financial queries and conducting review meetings.
