I'm working with a fast growing Accouning Practice, that due to their ongoing success, have created a new opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join their thriving accountancy practice.

In this role, you'll support owner-managed businesses across the South of England, providing a client-centred service. This position is ideal for an ambitious Accountant looking to expand their career in a fast-paced, supportive, and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit financial statements for a variety of clients
  • Manage company tax returns, budgets, financial forecasts, and management accounts
  • Address and resolve client issues, completing tasks within budget and on time
  • Stay current with industry standards and maintain CPD requirements
  • Support team development, including reviewing the work of trainees
  • Engage with clients directly to answer questions and clarify information

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA, ACA, or AAT) with at least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency with cloud-based SME accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, etc.)
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
  • Motivated, positive, and eager to grow within the accounting field
  • Analytical mindset with a client-focused approach to billing and service
