A fantastic opportunity for those looking for a role in Management Accounts within a friendly company in central Winchester. This is a newly created role due to growth, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Accountant with a range of duties including:
- Timely preparation of management accounts for 3 companies within a group
- Preparing P&L, cashflow, variance analysis, accruals, prepayments, etc
- Analysing financial information assist with business profitability / growth
- Reviewing bank reconciliations as needed
- Assisting with group reporting
- Providing assistance to other members of staff, answering queries etc
The company are ideally hoping for someone Part Qualified / Qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc. Any previous experience working in an industry with chargeable hours e.g. Firms of Accountants, Law firms, Architects, etc would be highly beneficial, but not essential. The company use a variety of software including CCH, Sage and Xero, but training can be provided on this.
The company are happy to consider those looking at 30-38 hours per week. They're ideally looking for someone who is motivated and keen to learn new things.
