Working on a hybrid basis - 2 days a week in the office, 3 days from home

Main responsibilities and duties

Working within the Pensions Administration Department you will be providing the provision of accounting services in order to deliver an efficient and effective service to all clients and their members as a member of the team.

Duties:

  • Operation of client bank accounts
  • Updating and maintaining client data
  • Raising of beneficiary and third-party payments
  • Bank reconciliations on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
  • Liaising with banks to verify payments
  • Answer queries from colleagues, partners & clients and 3rd party bodies via the telephone or other communication methods
  • Producing quarterly income and expenditure reports
  • Assisting with the installation of new clients onto the accounting system
  • Assisting accountants with audits to allow accounts to be published within the legally prescribed timescales
  • Provide assistance and support with ad-hoc team projects.
