We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team specialising in Out of Court Disposals through the Criminal Justice system for local constabulary and partnership agencies. As a Clerical Support Officer, you will provide essential clerical support, manage enquiries, and maintain accurate records. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our team and requires a high level of attention to detail.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and respond to enquiries, redirecting them where necessary.
  • Maintain, create, and update computerised records and manual filing systems with high accuracy.
  • Conduct research and provide information to stakeholders using appropriate systems.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently to support the team’s operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
