About the Role

Support Attendance Intervention Officers with the completion of documents within the Attendance Legal Process

What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide an efficient service on the phone and email when dealing with internal and external communication
  • Typing of letters
  • Generate documents within the Attendance Legal process as required by manager's
  • Administer the Penalty Notice process including issuing Penalty Notice numbers to schools, tracking payments, unpaid notifications, generating documents, completing witness statements, dealing with enquiries, supporting with the single justice procedure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Normally a minimum of GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Previous general administrative experience with specific experience

where appropriate.

  • Computer literate in the use of a variety of software for data handling

and transmission.

  • Where appropriate, specialist training and qualifications.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
