Operations Administrator - Salary £21,000 - £22,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
Based: Farnborough
We are searching for an organised Administrator to join our Financial Servicesclient in Farnborough. You will be working within their Central Services team and be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of central printing, back scanning, postal services, covering reception, project duties and associated administration.
This role would be ideal for a strong administrator looking for additional office experience who has some printing and post room experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver central print and scanning of appropriate documentation
- Ensure all procedures have been documented, maintained and monitored that relate to the print team
- To assist in the delivery of projects as necessary
- Assist in ad-hoc activities including central mailings
- Provide absence cover for the Post team and Reception
Candidate Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (including Maths and English) or A levels
- Previous experience in administrative or general office duties role
- Previous experience in financial services desirable
- Post and scanning experience advantageous
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work individually and in a team
