We're looking for Multi Skilled Operative to join the Empty Homes team where you'll be completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to customers. You'll be working around Eastleigh, Salisbury, Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke, Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas.
Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to our clients properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.
You'll be a good communicator, have an achievement-based approach to your work and be motivated. A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification relating to building trade skills and previous experience is required.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide.
We’ll provide you with your uniform, a van including fuel card, van vault, racking and inverter, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE?. You’ll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. You'll require to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must!
