What's involved?

In this role, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You'll work alongside the Head Chef to craft visionary dishes that go with the high-end look of this property, using local ingredients where possible.

Your responsibilities extend to managing daily supplier orders and conducting monthly stock takes.

Effective communication is crucial - you'll liaise with the Head of departments on-site to coordinate seamlessly.
