Role Overview:As the CRM Retention Manager, you will be at the forefront of our customer retention initiatives, working to foster lasting relationships with our high-end customer base. You will develop and implement innovative CRM strategies aimed at increasing customer loyalty, improving retention rates, and enhancing the overall customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM retention strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Leverage data and insights to identify trends, customer behaviours, and opportunities for retention improvement.
- Manage and optimise customer segmentation and lifecycle programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive communication and personalised experiences.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer feedback to continuously refine retention strategies.
- Drive initiatives that align with our brand values and premium customer expectations.
