Role Overview:As the CRM Retention Manager, you will be at the forefront of our customer retention initiatives, working to foster lasting relationships with our high-end customer base. You will develop and implement innovative CRM strategies aimed at increasing customer loyalty, improving retention rates, and enhancing the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM retention strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

  • Manage and optimise customer segmentation and lifecycle programs.
