1to1 Group are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our client’s friendly team as a Business Development Executive. If you’re passionate about building relationships, generating leads, and converting them into sales, we want to hear from you!

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client’s sales efforts, engaging with potential customers, and driving business growth. You will need to be a great communicator, eager to learn and computer literate; any previous telesales experience would be a great benefit, but tailored training will be provided.

Job responsibilities:

  • Telesales / Appointment creation for Field Sales
  • Research / Data Gathering
  • Building relationships
  • Identify relevant contacts
  • Attend client meetings with commercial manager
  • Possibility to work towards a Field Sales role if desired
  • Possibility to work towards an MIA Certification
  • Initial involvement in data cleanse/import due to new CRM migration

Skills:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Keen to learn and develop
  • Computer skills
  • Telesales / Sales experience is a plus
  • Business Development experience is a plus
