Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure the delivery plan is properly resourced and provisioned.
  • Manage on-site teams and coordinate with contractors to meet project requirements.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and progress reporting.
  • Supervise the use of company assets and materials on-site, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
  • Make informed decisions to adapt to local circumstances while maintaining project goals.
  • Uphold best practices in site safety and sustainability throughout project delivery.
  • Maintain a constant on-site presence during project execution, ensuring successful completion.

Candidate Requirements

  • Expertise in site installation carpentry, rigging, lining, and finishing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate installation and manufacturing teams.
  • Excellent communication abilities to provide clear instructions to delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in managing materials, equipment, and team administration.
  • Professional qualifications in site management and safety (e.g., SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH) are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to review and improve team and project performance.
