Client Services Representative - Salary £29,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Based: Farnborough / Hybrid Working

Our client is a market leading Financial Services business who provide independent financial advice. They are looking for a customer service and client focused professional to join their small sales team. You will be responsible for handling client incoming calls, making outgoing calls to support marketing campaigns, handling customer queries and supporting the sales team in their efforts to set appointments with customers.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Supporting the marketing campaigns to achieve success for the team
  • Input to management information reporting
  • Providing excellent customer care to all customers
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely fashion and setting appointments for advisors
  • Reaching appointment targets weekly as required
  • Dealing with any associated administration where necessary
  • Liaising with internal colleagues to resolve any customer queries and issues

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ideally Educated to A level or degree standard with excellent communication skills
  • Ideal candidates will have some experience in marketing or sales - ideally 12 months experience gained within a busy team environment
  • Some experience of financial services would be ideal although this is not essential
  • Strong communication skills, particularly telephone handling skills and conversion skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in Excel and Word etc.
  • Team player who is motivated to succeed and keen to progress their career
  • Potential to grow your career within the business and undertake relevant exams sponsored by the Client.
