Your new companyYou will be working for a large services and maintenance company who operate contracts all over the UK.

Your new role

In the role you will undertake planned, reactive, corrective and emergency maintenance tasks across the ExxonMobil Fawley refinery site.

  • You will carry out reactive electrical works to a high quality standard which is compliant with statutory regulations.
  • You will carry out electrical related planned maintenance activities to a high quality standard and in accordance with CMMS work plans.
  • You will undertake minor electrical installation work in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will carry out inspection and testing to electrical systems and accurately complete associated documentation
  • Undertake PAT.
  • Participate in emergency call out rota.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards for all works.
  • Perform isolations and accurately complete associated documentation.
  • Specify materials and spare parts as required for reactive or planned maintenance electrical related activities.
  • Utilise MEWPs and other access equipment as required for working at height.

You will be working a 40 hour week - 7.30am to 4pm

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a Qualified Electrician with extensive electrical maintenance experience.

  • City & Guilds 2377 Inspection and testing portable appliances (Desirable)
  • City & Guilds 2391/1 & 2 Test and inspection or Equivalent (Essential)
  • City & Guilds 2361 Part 2 Electrical installation and theory.(Essential)
  • 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (Essential)
  • Full UK driving licence. (Essential)
  • PASMA (Desirable)
  • IPAF or equivalent licence for MEWP operation (Desirable)
  • Qualifications or experience in Fire Alarm Maintenance or HVAC (Desirable)
  • Experience in working on industrial sites. (Desirable)
  • Computer literate in MS office applications. (Essential)
