Your new companyYou will be working for a leading National FM company who work with blue chip companies across the UK.

Your new roleYou will be working as a maintenance electrician across various office buildings across the site. As an maintenance electrician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities by performing a variety of electrical maintenance tasks, including emergency repairs, planned maintenance, and installations. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge systems and technologies while ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, refurbishment, and installation of electrical services, including emergency lighting, switchgear, distribution boards, and wiring.
  • Conduct inspections and testing, certifying completed works in line with relevant standards.
  • Address reactive and planned service requests promptly to exceed client expectations.
  • Create detailed reports on completed works, including processes, time, and materials used.
  • Engage in proactive maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards.
  • Uphold safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Role is Monday to Friday 7.30 - 4pm - Overtime availableWhat you'll need to succeed

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2391 / 18th Edition
  • Experience in building maintenance (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Team player with a self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing schedules
