Marketing & Events Officer

Contract Type: 1 year FTC (38 weeks per year) 

Working Hours: Part Time, 18.5 hours per week

Location: Onsite Based 

Start Date: ASAP

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to integrate project events into a comprehensive media strategy.
  • Handle media enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns for events.
  • Actively participate in events.
  • Support other departments with promotional activities, such as managing equipment loans and distributing marketing materials.
  • Create detailed project plans for events.
  • Lead the planning and execution of events.
  • Assist with the production of marketing collateral, including print, digital, and video content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive marketing and PR experience, including press liaison and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective communication strategies.
  • Strong experience in coordinating and organising events, presentations, and briefings.
  • Skilled in PR and press activities, including writing press releases and managing brand reputation.
  • Proficient in website content management and the production of diverse marketing materials.
