Our client in Winchester are looking for Production/Soldering Operativesto join their team on a temp to perm basis. Whether you have previous experience in wiring or have experience within an electrical environment, with training and progression opportunities, this could be the perfect role for you!
The role of the production wirers will be working on the shop floor and reporting to the Production Supervisor on a daily basis. Day to day tasks will consist of working on the production line, wiring and soldering lighting products. Hand tools will be used for this role so previous experience using would be beneficial.
Duties of the Role:
- Wiring & Soldering the Clients Product
- Working with Hand Tools
- Working to Engineering Drawings
- Working to tight time schedules
Experience Required:
- Previous Wiring or Soldering Experience Needed
- Previous Experience working within an Electrical Environment
- Previous experience using hand tools
- Previous Production Experience
Offer:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am to 4:45pm - with 45 mins unpaid lunch (7.5 hours paid per day)
- £12.60ph - Once perm this will increase to £13.15ph
- Overtime is dependant on demand but would only be offered after successful probation
- 24 days Holiday + Bank Holidays (once perm)
- Free Onsite Parking
