Finance Director – UK&I

A leading, technical solution and service provider who operate globally, are recruiting for a Finance Director within their UK office, who would be responsible for UK & Ireland.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join the business, as they are undergoing a merger of a recent business acquisition, with further growth and acquisitions planned in the immediate future.

As a Finance Director, you would work closely with members of the wider group and would have responsibility for a small & distributed team, as well as the various finance and data analysis, budgeting, reporting, forecasting and financial strategy activities.

Within this role, you will collaborate with others across the business and will be given the responsibility to implement and improve processes as necessary, amend and adapt to changes and will ultimately be a strong relationship builder with people management skills and an ability to communicate to non-financial professionals.

Skills and experience required:

- Experience within a Finance Manager/Director or Head of Finance role within a high-profile or fast-paced financial environment

- Experience with mergers & Acquisitions

- Excellent people management and relationship building skills

- Ability to work on-site up to 3 days per week

- Ability to influence and negotiate
