Taking full ownership of the finance function, ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations
Preparing detailed reports for the board, providing critical insights
Business partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic financial advice
Developing ad hoc analysis to support the business
Managing the monthly payroll process from start to finish
Producing comprehensive management account packs
Preparing year-end accounts

What you will need:

To be qualified or part-qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA
Previous experience in a similar role, such as: Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Management Accountant / Group Finance Manager / Group Financial Controller / Assistant Finance Manager / Assistant Financial Controller / Finance Operations Manager
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Confidence to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
